The Client

The client is an Indian healthcare clinic that has been working with Rayblaze since 2024. Prior to this engagement, the clinic relied heavily on manual processes for staff management, patient appointments, service billing, and reporting. To address these challenges, Rayblaze developed a Clinic Management System designed to centralise and automate the clinic’s core operations through a single, integrated platform.

Comprehensive Reporting: Generation of sales and commission reports (both global and doctor-specific), with flexible filtering by day, week, month, or custom date ranges.

Role Management: Role-based access control ensuring staff members can access only the data relevant to their responsibilities.

Print Functionality: Direct printing of sales and commission reports for accounting and regulatory purposes.
