They will lead our sales & business development efforts in the region.
Job Description
Results-driven and passionate individual with experience, to drive our sales efforts in the UAE. The position will be based out of Dubai. They will lead B2B sales for the company across UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities across UAE
- Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to drive revenue growth
- Build and nurture potential leads for conversion to opportunities
- Negotiate and close deals with opportunities
- Represent Rayblaze at client meetings and industry events
- Work closely with India-based sales team to deliver customized solutions
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Report sales performance, forecasts and trends to senior management
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven B2B technology sales experience
- Bachelor or Masters in business management or related fields
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Possess a valid UAE driving license
- Self-motivated and results-driven personality
- UAE sales experience is a must
